These Terms of Use govern your access to the Falcon Car Rental Nigeria website and every vehicle or chauffeur booking you make with us. By using this site or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Falcon Car Rental Nigeria provides daily car and chauffeur rentals across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and other Nigerian cities. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

2. Eligibility and driver requirements

• Self-drive renters must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid Nigerian or international driver's licence, and present a matching ID.
• Chauffeur-driven bookings do not require a driver's licence from the passenger, but the person paying must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse a rental if documents are invalid, the driver appears unfit, or the intended use violates these terms.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking is only confirmed after full payment is received and you receive a confirmation message with a reference number. Prices shown on the site are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are quoted per day unless stated otherwise.

4. Use of the vehicle

• The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes on maintained roads.
• You may not sub-let the vehicle, use it for racing, towing, or carry more passengers than the stated seat capacity.
• Smoking, illegal substances and unauthorised border crossings are strictly prohibited.
• Any fines, tolls, parking charges or impound fees incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

5. Security deposit and damage

Self-drive rentals may require a refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected and any damage caused by negligence, missing fuel, tolls or fines is deducted. For chauffeur rentals, the chauffeur is responsible for driving; however, passengers remain liable for interior damage caused by them.

6. Insurance and liability

Our vehicles carry mandatory third-party insurance. Renters are liable for damage caused by reckless driving, violation of traffic laws, or breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, lost business opportunities or personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
